  • Fall hunters must wear a solid blaze orange vest and cap and must be a minimum of 400 square inches and visible from all sides.

  • Hunters should bring a soft gun/ bow case for transporting their firearms to and from their stands before and after legal hunting hours.


  • Deer, bear, bird and varmint hunting rates are based on a ratio of three hunters to one guide and unless previous arrangements have been made we reserve the right to pair up any odd number parties to maintain that ratio.   

  • To obtain a hunting license in New Brunswick, hunters born after 1981 must provide a safety  hunter certificate. Hunters born prior to 1981 can provide a copy of  any current or previous hunting license.

  • If you take a shot at a deer or bear and it runs off, please stay in your stand or blind and try to contact your guide by radio, if unsuccessful in reaching your guide, just leave your radio on until your guide contacts you at a predetermined check in time.

  • All deer trails are plainly marked to hunter’s satisfaction for walking into their stand or blind in the morning and walking out at the end of the day.

  • During deer season the day begins at 4: AM for the cooks and kitchen staff' and doesn't end until approximately. 10: PM which leaves them a very short night so we ask that you try to  be on time for your evening meal and not linger too long after finishing.

  • We welcome bear hunters to accompany the guides  while  checking  bear baits but you will not be allowed to approach any closer than 20 yards from the bait, unless instructed by the guide. And under no circumstances is anyone to venture beyond the bait to check incoming trails. If a large bear is visiting the bait and suspects or smells anything out of the ordinary, he will just lay back and visit after dark or quit visiting the bait and not return.

  • We cannot be responsible for any firearms or valuables left unattended in your cabins, we recommend that you keep them locked in your vehicle out of sight.

  • Trigger locks are to be used at all times when firearms are stored or taken into the cabins.

  • We reserve the right to use copies of any pictures, video, testimonials or articles of our clients and harvested trophy animal, weather filmed or written by our client or ourselves to be used for the promotion and advertising of Northway Outfitters service.

  • As of June 30, 2009 passport's was required to enter the United States, every one including US citizens now require a passport or other approved document for entry or re-entry to the US.

  • Upon your arrival, you will be issued a cabin that will be yours for the week and you will be responsible to keep your cabin  clean at all times. Our facilities all are government licensed and inspected and we are subject to inspection at any time without prior notice. Optional maid service can be available with prior notice.
  • We ask that you bring to our attention any health, medical conditions or special dietary needs that may become an issue during your visit with us, "well in advance of your scheduled dates.
  • When possible hunters requiring tree stands should bring their own  and a safety harness and wear it at all times while in their stand
  •  Please help us make your trip as enjoyable as possible by being specific about your expectations regarding your hunt
