                                                                                                                                                The black bear is truly a magnificeent trophy animal and a prize for the successful hunter. We place our bear baits and stands in very carefully chosen areas in ideal bear country. The baits are all checked every day and our aim is to place our guests on active bear baits thus assuring the greatst chance of success.
While New Brunswick bear hunting season runs for seventeen weeks, Northway Outfitters, only books hunters for those weeks that normally offer our clients the best chance at success. The bear season can varie depending on an early or late spring.

Whitetail Deer Hunt's

 There is an excellent deer population in our area and a trophy whitetail is an attainable goal for the skilled and patient hunter. We hunt a variety of cover from large clear cut areas in different stages of regrowth (offering excellent browse) to heavy softwood cover and beautiful hardwood ridges. Woodcock & Grouse Hunt's

New Brunswick lies directly in the migratory path of the feisty woodcock so combined with the high numbers of native birds and grouse in our area, you have some of the best upland bird hunting that can be found anywhere. We hunt old abandoned farms and along rivers and streams surrounded by alders and some old apple orchards and second growth clear cut areas. On most days, we flush 25-40 woodcock. We do not have bird dogs so bird hunters are asked to bring their own.
